All work matters to God.

At the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics, we understand the challenges you face in the work life as a Christian. You want to be faithful to God and have a greater impact in the world around you. Our resources are designed to help you not only with the daily struggles but also take you deeper in Scripture in a way that will refresh and empower you.

For Groups

Going deeper in community.

Whether you’re a small group or bible study that meets in a home, office, or church, it’s our aim to provide you relevant, Biblically-grounded material that animates discussion and transforms lives.

Hugh Whelchel’s book, 'How Then Should We Work? Rediscovering the Biblical Doctrine of Work' would be an excellent starting place. A companion six-week discussion guide is available in leader and participant versions. Visit our bookstore to explore our group resources!

For Organizations

Empowering your team.

When IFWE was launched in 2011, we knew that many marketplace ministry groups already existed. Our aim was not to replicate these groups but to come alongside as a provider of unique content on faith, work and economics. IFWE has already worked with many local and national Christian organizations to provide educational material and guest speakers. Perhaps you’re looking to re-publish some of our content?
